CLASS RULES
1. Lose the EGO at the Door; Respect your training partner(s), they are the reason for your success
2. For safety reasons, no jewelry.
3. No Shoes or footwear on the mats and shoes/footwear must be worn at ALL times off the mats.
4. Clean GI's at all times
5. Rash guard must be worn at all times under your GI
6. Bow when entering and leaving the mats.
7. Most importantly, come here to have fun, achieve your goals, Train hard, release stress, build relationships, and make new friends!
