Big Mac is an IBJJF recognized Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under Sandro Sampaio Carlson Gracie Team. Big Mac has been studying, and training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu over the past decade under the instruction of Sandro Sampaio.

     Big Mac has impressive competition accolades including: 2nd place finish at IBJJF Master Worlds in Las Vegas, 2nd Place finish at IBJJF Dallas Open, and several 1st place finishes at local AGF and NAGA tournaments. Big Mac also has training in boxing and was part of the Tinker AFB Boxing Team with an 8-0 record.

     Big Mac recently retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service. On a professional level, Big Mac is a Design and Analysis  Engineer who enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and competing in Jiu Jitsu tournaments in his leisure time.
