By filling out the on-line form you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Top Dawg BJJ LLC. Furthermore, you agree to the financial obligation of bank or credit card drafts that grants you membership to train at Top Dawg BJJ. All drafts are done monthly on the first of each month except for the initial enrollment fee which is drafted automatically upon sign up. To cancel membership, a 3 day business notice before the end of the month will be required or you will be charged for the month.
